Case Study: Smile Design with correction of previous bad job
A 60 yr old Indian female wanted her smile correction. A lot of poor dentistry were done by previous dentist and was not able to smile and was depressed because of that. She had old Porcelin fused to metal crowns on tooth number 11, 21, 31 and 41.
In the upper arch Porcelin fused to Zirconia individual crowns were given and in the lower arch porcelain fused to metal bridge was given.
Crown preparation was done first in the upper arch, Canine to canine crowns were prepared.
Temporary crowns were made from preoperative wax up and length of the crowns were adjusted according to smile line
