Case Study: Smile Design with Multiple RCT & Bridges
A Caucasian female Patient aged 35 yrs reported with multiple decayed teeth and a complete upper denture.She felt so bad about teeth that she didn’t smile much. She had only 5 days at our disposal.
We advised full extraction and replacement with implants or removable denture but the patient didn’t want any extractions or surgery. So we decided to treat the mutilated dentition with root canal treatment and restoration with post and cores. We performed 9 root canals in one go and restored the teeth with post and cores. Impressions were taken for the bridge.
At next sitting bridge was fixed.
